Common questions

What counts as an inspection?+

Any inspection record you create. Drafts you never submit do NOT count toward your monthly allowance — only inspections you actively work on. You can also archive old ones to keep your list tidy without affecting your count.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?+

If you've added a card, we start billing on day 15. If not, your workspace becomes read-only until you add one — your data is preserved, you just can't create new inspections.

How do seats work?+

Teams is billed per user, with a 2-seat minimum. Your seat count is set from your team when you subscribe. To add or remove seats after that, email support and we'll adjust your plan.

What about overage charges?+

On Teams, each user gets 100 inspections / month. The 101st triggers a $5 overage charge added to your next invoice. We email the owner the first time it crosses, so it's never a surprise.

Is there a setup fee?+
